Five Season "Big" Single Portaledge

This feature packed ledge is the best choice for any Big Wall hopeful. Our super stable ledge was designed around machined 6061 aluminum corner pieces coupled with 4130 Cro-Moly tubing for strength. The suspension system is easy to adjust even when weighted and sports an easy to manage 12 adjustment buckles (1/2 metal, 1/2 Fastex) for strength and superior adjustability. The six additional adjustment buckles we added down low allow you to fine tune your setup from inside your sleeping bag. Our suspension also features 6 sewn in daisy chains for personal gear management at the bivy, and one center hanging daisy for clipping in your stove, lantern, or wet socks. The bed on our ledges is fully taped 420 denier pack cloth, grommeted for condensation drainage, and is a roomy 42" wide and a full 6'5" long. The FISH 5-Season portaledge rainfly features: Double urethane coated fabric for maximum waterproofing, fully protected against wear with 18oz. Vinyl RBS fabric on the wall side and on the front corners, numerous lash loops around the bottom edge to subdue fearsome updrafts and is internally poled with an expedition tough 7075 Easton aluminum wand for maximum room inside during storms. It even has a 12" diameter port hole for vapor management. For the true thrill seeker you can even do your business out of this hole (whatever that is). The larger overall size of our ledge and rainfly, compared to others, also gives you more internal room for yourself and any other items that must be inside during a storm. All FISH portaledges come with their own hauling bag made from a tough and durable material similar to that used in our haul bags. This setup is intended to be clipped under your haul bag which makes the ledge not only easier to get to at the end of the day, but also frees up some space in the seemingly always full haul bag. Included are easy to follow instructions that will have you setting this baby up in about one minute. At last, the torment has ended.
