Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with the best and most useful content and services. Several of the services and features that we offer require you to provide us with information as a condition of usage.

We collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, broad location, and gender when you provide it to us. Once you register with WeighMyRack you are no longer anonymous to us.

WeighMyRack also collects and uses IP Addresses. An IP Address is a convention of the Internet Protocol that identifies your "virtual" address on the internet. This IP Address is not personal to you and does not identify any of your Personal Information. All devices connected to a network have an IP Address permitting communication to and from the device. If you connect to the Internet from your computer, then you have an IP Address that looks something like this: 209.17.654.152. In the simplest possible terms, your IP Address contains no data that identifies you as a person. It is only a logical address allowing you to connect to others and others to locate your computer.

We could potentially use an IP Address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Website. The IP Address may be used to help identify you and your connect you to your wishlist and profile and to gather broad demographic information.

WeighMyRack may monetize or otherwise provide anonymous IP Addresses to third parties. WeighMyRack sometimes employs other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples of such may include hosting our website, developing our website, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links, analyzing data, etc. These third parties have access only to IP Addresses, no Personal Information is provided to them.

Your internet browser has a feature called cookies, which stores small amounts of data on your computer about your visit to WeighMyRack. You do not need to have cookies turned on to visit most parts of our site, although use of certain features and areas may require cookies (wishlist and profile and other site personalization). Cookies alone tell us nothing about who you are unless you specifically give us personally identifiable information, in which case we use the information to enhance your services but do not distribute this to any other sources. By adjusting your settings on your browser, you may elect not to allow cookies to be collected.

We automatically receive and record information from our servers and from your browser including the time of your visit to pages on our site, and information about pages you visited.

We use cookies and tracking technologies in a variety of ways, including:

• We believe that your actions violate applicable laws, WeighMyRack Terms of Use, or any usage guidelines for specific products or services, or threaten the rights, property, or safety of our company, our users, or others.

We may aggregate personally identifiable information and disclose such information in a non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other third parties for marketing, promotional, and other purposes. We do not disclose to these entities any information that could be used to identify you personally.

Users who would rather not provide any of the user data requested by our registration process do not need to register with us. You can still view much of the content and use many of the services without registering. Specifically, you will not be able to create a wishlist or profile or take advantage of certain parts of the review process.

WeighMyRack is not directed to children under the age of 13.
