Modern big wall climbing sometimes finds you out of the aiders as much as in them. The Titan is designed with this in mind, comfortable and supportive enough for long days hanging by the daisy chains, and yet light and flexible for stepping out of the aiders and into some hard free climbing. The Titan is designed with a double buckle waistbelt for a wide range of adjustment, allowing the gear loops to be centered on your hips and symmetrical throughout the size range. With six big gear loops, the Titan provides plenty of on-harness racking, and the cambered shape prevents slippage when carrying a load. The tie-in points are reinforced with abrasion resistant nylon tubular webbing, and the 6,000 lb. belay/rappel loop is wide for easy access. Padded with bilayer foam, the Titan has wide inner layers which distribute forces over 3 times more surface area.
