Description

Do-it-all in high performance with the technical modular Krantz Crampon. The versatility of the crampon makes it the perfect choice for steep ice and mixte climbing. The front points are made of a very durable steel to resist better against rocks abrasion. The front points are also extremely sharp and gives the best possible penetration on ice. No need to kick very hard. The tiny grooves on the 4 fronts points tips are acclaim by mixte climbers. The innovative carbon fiber anti-snow is thinner, lighter and more resistant than conventional anti-snow. If you look for a high-performance crampon that is lightweight and good on ice or rock, it's definitively the Krantz.

● Extremely sharp front points made of special very durable steel.

● Asymmetric sole structures for strong control.

● Angled forefoot for easy walks.

● Integrated hex keys on the linking bar. You will never forget your hex keys.

Certifications

The main climbing gear certifications are CE and UIAA--and normally the UIAA creates the rules that the CE body also supports. When possible, we try to list all the certifications the product carries.

To sell a climbing product in Europe, the device must be CE certified. There are no official requirements to sell climbing gear in the US. The UIAA certification is a voluntary process.
