An all-round ice tool designed for technical mountaineering and ice-climbing. The ergonomically shaped grip ensures the tool can be firmly held. Thanks to its new geometry, the ice pick causes minimal ice shattering. The steel spike is designed to be particularly robust and load-bearing (6 kN).
- Modular construction can be adapted to suit all uses and conditions
- Curved shaft geometry for improved penetration and precise placement on ice and rock
- Available with adze or hammer (both weigh exactly the same)
- Load-bearing spike (6 kN) made of steel with opening for attaching a carabiner
- Hardened steel waterfall pick for minimal shattering
- Accelerator that can be optionally mounted on the pick to increase impact force

CertificationCertificationsThe main climbing gear certifications are CE and UIAA--and normally the UIAA creates the rules that the CE body also supports. When possible, we try to list all the certifications the product carries. To sell a climbing product in Europe, the device must be CE certified. There are no official requirements to sell climbing gear in the US. The UIAA certification is a voluntary process. Learn MoreRock and Ice Certifications Guide |
