Description

Bag made of spun polyolefin (Tyvek) but useful for ice screws and draws, gear, puffy, clothing, etc. Not your thin house variety Tyvek, this is a thick, 2-layer laninated perforated washable soft material. Two extra layers are affixed at the ends to protect your expensive gear and valuable body parts from punctures from sharp front points. Just stow your crampons points-to-points and place in the bag. Roll the top down and wrap cord around and below the package. pull on paracord and snug the spring clamps. Stuff inside the pack or lash to the outside, passing the pack straps through the webbing loop to secure. Perforated fabric allows water to drain and contents to dry. Size long for full length crampons. See our regular size for crampons that reduce in length for stowing.

Ice Rating (if applicable)

Ice Rating

Most ice accessories do not have a rating. This field is used for ice axe and ice tool accessories like picks, that have an ice rating.

B / Type 1: Basic

T / Type 2: Technical

Note: Even though it looks like the more aggressive picks are T and the flatter picks are B, this is not always the case. The ratings are based on flex, and not the shape.
