Description

The biggest Bro of all is back!

Designed to protect the widest cracks, with a range from 11.3-18.4", the #5 (AKA the Gold Bro) is the go-to piece when the going gets wide. Trango has had a lot of inquires since we stopped producing the #5 about the possibility of bringing it back, and we're excited to be able to do so!

The #5 will be produced in a limited run of 100 units, priced at $299.00 per unit. We have the ability to do a production run of 100 or more units but cannot start production until we have orders for 100 units.

In order to secure your own #5, you can order with the form below and once the 100 unit minimum limit is reached, production will begin. The pre-order reserves your spot; you will not be charged until the unit is ready to ship. We will contact you as production is scheduled to finalize your order and let you know when to expect your #5. Once 100 units are reached we expect production to take 4-6 months.

Certification

Certifications

The main climbing gear certifications are CE and UIAA--and normally the UIAA creates the rules that the CE body also supports. When possible, we try to list all the certifications the product carries.

To sell a climbing product in Europe, the device must be CE certified. There are no official requirements to sell climbing gear in the US. The UIAA certification is a voluntary process.
