The best large locking carabiner

Pros
Light
Familiarity
I’ve used it a bunch

This is hands down, the best screwgate carabiner you can get. Large enough for anything thats not belaying, this krab will work for anything. Build anchors with it, attach yourself too those anchors, top rope on 'em, this guy does it all. The shape is just right in the hand, easy to handle and super light.

The best small locker

Pros
About as light as it gets

I’ve used it a bunch

This locker is about as light as it get and works great when you need a small locker. As clipable as the old BD Neutrinos, the screwgate is easy to use and the price is super right.

The best belay-from-above device ever

Pros
Works great with thick, stiff or icy ropes
Cons
A little harder to use than a standard tube style device
Familiarity
I’ve used it a bunch

I love this belay device for any time I know I'll be belaying from above/off the anchor. It works better for this than the Petzl Reverso, especially with thicker (~10mm) ropes.

Great for a gym bag

Pros
Solid belay device
Cons
Single strand only
Familiarity
I’ve used it a bunch

This belay device is pretty great for the gym or anywhere else where you're guaranteed to only belay and lower. It's a great belay device for this use case but aside from this its not very versitile.

Crazy Small Belay Device

Pros
Great figure eight for thin cords
Cons
No belay from above mode
Familiarity
I’ve used it a few of times

This is a great figure 8 device for thin cords. I've tested it with my 7.3mm glacier cord and it works great with either one or two strands. Backed up with an autoblock I could hang in place on a single strand.
