Used this lightweight helmet in long treks in Georgia, Ukrainian mountains and in High Tatras in Slovakia, because of it`s light weight of only 195 grams. I also have been using it during alpinism and climbing competitions, where little stones were often falling. The main advantage is that it has enough holes to let the head hot air out. I have the helmet in size 1 and this is really tine size. But through the years i notices only 1 disadvantage. It`s hard to push the strap of a flashlight in the appropriate holes (it was hard to make it in the night before peak Kazbek climbing.
