Dream come true

Pros
Light
Affordable
Stiff dogbone for better control
Relatively wide and smooth wire-gate
Cons
Typical wire-gate notch on the nose design can cause snagging
Rated slightly weaker on major axis than the solid gate equivalent C.A.M.P carabiner
Familiarity
I’ve used it a few of times

These are excellent quickdraws for any climbing level. The wire-gate carabiners are a good size and surprisingly light. The opening is relatively wide with good tension on the gate. The dog bone is stiff that it doesn't flop around when you are clipping. I love using these quickdraws and would say they are perfect for both sports and trad applications. The downside of these draws, in theory, is just the typical wiregate limitations. Mainly the nose notch can be annoying at times when it gets caught on slings. But it isn't any worse than other wiregates on the market and I personally never had issues with it. All in all, I am surprised that CAMP advertises it as a beginners quickdraw. I just hope they keep producing these.
