Yeah, you could make one yourself, or just buy one of these ready-made! Adjustable for length elastic within 1/2" tubular nylon webbing keeps excess length out of the way. 7" loops at each end for girth hitching to the head or spike of your tools and to your harness if desired. An adjustable cord lock on the elastic allows you to adjust the retracted length precisely to your liking. Length retracted adjustable to ~42" maximum (107 CM); Length extended~ 58" (147 CM); Material: 1/2" tubular webbing, 1/8" diameter elastic. Choice of 3 colors. Standard shipping is included in the price.
