Description

Building on the success of our iconic Joker Lace, the Boreal Joker Plus Lace features our Heel Fit System™, an extra padded area around the heel for great fit and unsurpassed comfort. The ideal shoe to wear all day.

The Joker Plus Lace features a super-comfortable semi-assymetric last and fast and simple speed lace closure. A high-quality split leather upper is combined with the PU Air Net™ padded lining for superior comfort. The Heel Fit System™ keeps the heel in place and provides additional padding around the ankle. The low tension IRS™ (Integrated Rand System) heel is a one-piece heel unit which securely holds the heel without any pressure points.

An EVA anti-shock layer under the heel gives extra cushioning. The medium stiffness midsole combines with the sticky and durable FS Quattro™ rubber for the ideal blend of edging support and long-lasting friction. If you like longer routes in the mountains, full days at the crag and extended training sessions, Joker Plus Lace is the ideal choice. Put them on, keep them on.

Climbing Gear Review no rating given just a review

The symmetric, flat-last of this shoe makes it one of the most comfortable shoes on the market today. Its lined leather uppers, generous padding on the tongue and ankle, and EVA heel wedge provide a cushioned fit unmatched by other rock shoes. It’s not a top performer on any terrain, but it handles edges, slabs, and cracks thanks to a semi-stiff midsole, high rubber rand, and the same FS-QUATTRO rubber that’s on all of Boreal’s rock shoes. Available as a lace-up or Velcro.
